Artivorin Dosage: One A Day, And No Amounts Printed
The Artivorin dosage is one capsule a day, but that figure is arithmetic, not a printed instruction. Here is where it comes from, what the label leaves out, and how to take a capsule well.

The Artivorin dosage is one capsule a day, 30 to a bottle. The label has no directions panel and prints no amount for any of its four ingredients, so the one-a-day figure comes from the pack sizes. If your bottle says something different, follow the bottle. Take it with a meal that has some fat.
- One capsule a day. A bottle holds 30 capsules, which is one month.
- The label prints no directions panel, so the daily figure comes from the pack sizes.
- No amount is printed for turmeric extract, CoQ10, butcher’s broom or alpha-lipoic acid.
- Take it with a meal that has some fat in it, with a full glass of water.
- Do not open the capsule. Do not double up after a missed day.
- If the bottle you receive says something different, the bottle wins.
What is the Artivorin dosage on the label?
The bottle names four ingredients: turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, CoQ10, butcher’s broom and alpha-lipoic acid. It does not print an amount for any of them. There is no Supplement Facts panel on the artwork and no directions line either.
That means the Artivorin dosage cannot be read off the bottle the way it can for most products. What you can read is a capsule count: 30 to a bottle. Everything else has to be worked out.
Why is one capsule a day the figure?
The seller sells packs by the length of supply they cover. Divide the supply by the capsule count and the daily figure falls out.
| Pack | Capsules | Supply sold | Capsules a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 | 60 days | 1 |
| 3 bottles | 90 | 90 days | 1 |
| 6 bottles | 180 | 180 days | 1 |
Capsules divided by days, using the supply lengths the seller prints for each pack.
The answer is the same on every row. One capsule a day is the only figure that fits all three packs. If the bottle that arrives carries a printed instruction, read it and follow it. It outranks a website.
How does the Artivorin dosage compare with the trial doses?
This is where the missing amounts matter. The research on each ingredient used specific daily amounts. The capsule cannot be held up against them, because its own amounts are not published.
| Ingredient | Daily amount in the research | Printed on the label |
|---|---|---|
| Turmeric extract, 95% curcuminoids | 1,500 mg a day of curcuminoids in the knee trials, which is roughly 1,580 mg of a 95% extract | Not published |
| CoQ10 | 300 to 400 mg a day in the dose-response work on inflammatory markers | Not published |
| Alpha-lipoic acid | 600 mg a day of the mixed form, taken on an empty stomach | Not published |
| Butcher’s broom | Not published here | Not published |
Look at the turmeric row. A dose of roughly 1,580 mg of extract is more than a size-0 capsule holds on its own. One capsule also has to carry three other ingredients. So the trial dose is a useful yardstick for any turmeric label, but it is not a promise about this one.
How should you take one capsule a day?
- Take it with a meal that has some fat. Curcuminoids and CoQ10 dissolve in fat. A meal also settles the mild stomach upset that turmeric can cause.
- Swallow it whole with a full glass of water. Turmeric stains, and alpha-lipoic acid tastes of sulphur. Do not open the capsule.
- Pick a fixed time. No hour has been shown to beat another. A habit you already have, such as the evening meal, makes it stick.
- If you miss a day, skip it. Take the next capsule on time. Doubling up gains nothing with ingredients this slow.
- Store it dark, dry and cool. A kitchen cupboard away from the hob is fine. The bathroom is not.
One point can look like a clash. Alpha-lipoic acid trials used an empty stomach, while the other ingredients prefer a meal. A single capsule cannot do both, so the meal advice wins for the whole capsule.
Is a higher Artivorin dosage ever a good idea?
Nothing published supports it. The amounts in the capsule are unknown, so a second capsule is a guess on top of a guess. It also uses up a bottle you paid for, and it makes any trial of your own harder to read.
If you take an anticoagulant, insulin or a thyroid medicine, talk to your doctor before you order at all. The same goes for anyone who is pregnant or has a health condition. Dose questions belong with someone who knows your history.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Artivorin dosage?
One capsule a day. A bottle holds 30 capsules, so a bottle lasts a month. The figure comes from the pack sizes because the label has no directions panel.
Does the label print the amount of each ingredient?
No. It names four ingredients and prints no milligram amount for any of them.
Should I take Artivorin with food?
Yes, with a meal that has some fat in it. That helps the fat-soluble ingredients and settles a mild stomach upset.
What if I miss a day?
Skip it and take the next capsule on time. Do not double up.
Can I open the capsule?
No. Turmeric stains and alpha-lipoic acid has a sulphur taste. Swallow it whole with water.
Can I take two Artivorin a day?
Nothing published supports it, and the amounts in one capsule are not known. Ask your doctor before you change any dose.
Our view
Our view: the Artivorin dosage is simple to follow and impossible to verify. One capsule a day with a meal is easy. The missing amounts mean you cannot check the capsule against the trial doses, and that is a real gap.
If you try it, treat the 60 days as a test. Take one a day, write down how your joints feel on day one, and judge on your own notes before the window closes.
